Meet Julio

Just as a house in and of itself is not truly a home, a home is not just a place to live. It represents one of the most important life decisions a person can make. In real estate as well as in life, Julio Aguilera is dedicated to helping people make those decisions to achieve their dreams and obtain the house that can become their home.
 
Julio credits the success he has enjoyed to a business model he holds dear: putting people first. In previous managerial positions, he was responsible for measuring his team’s efforts in customer service satisfaction. That experience helped him build a client-first culture in his real estate business.
 
Helping people to learn the pride of homeownership is something Julio strives for even when he’s off the clock. He regularly volunteers for nonprofit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. He also serves at a local group home for at-risk teens — work he enjoys so much that he would volunteer full-time if he could. All in all, Julio feels that doing what he loves and being of service is what makes his life’s journey worthwhile.
 
In his free time, Julio enjoys taking road trips, hiking, and camping, especially telling campfire stories.
