California native Angelina Diaz has been a transaction coordinator for over 13 years. Her love for the industry began right after high school with her first job as office admin for a large brokerage in Temecula. She then went on to manage an office, run accounts payable for a nationwide construction company, and work as an executive assistant for an independent brokerage, before settling into her role as TC (transaction coordinator). She is a self-motivator and has always sought to provide the highest level of customer service, integrity, compassion, and professionalism in every transaction she manages. Her expertise in the industry has ranged from REO, auction and short sales, land deals, residential and commercial real estate in California, Texas, and Nevada. She recognizes the value of a TC is not only being well-informed on the contracts and disclosures that are used daily in real estate, but how to use and apply them to each individual transaction. Angelina’s attention to detail, organizational expertise, compassion for others, and quality of service make her a valued asset and closing partner for any real estate team.
All her spare moments are spent on adventures with her family – hiking, biking, traveling, and going to the beach. Angelina and her family are also very involved with their local church and seek to do all things for the glory of God! Angelina is also an avid Peloton rider and fitness enthusiast – you need extra energy to keep up with agents in this business!
